A look inside
Experience refined bites, curious cocktails, and a spirited atmosphere at Milo — a deeply Oklahoman dining experience.
Inspired by milo sorghum — a heritage grain and key Oklahoma export — Milo celebrates and elevates Oklahoma’s local flavors and culture through food. Led by Executive Chef Josh Valentine, Milo offers up an all-day, coffee-to-cocktails dining atmosphere that’s as soulful and creative as it is delicious.
At the Ellison Rooftop Pool & Bar, the world slows its pace. It’s a place to kick back, gather with friends, and soak in mile-wide views of Oklahoma City’s skyline with a drink in hand. So while you’re here for your stay, take a dip in the pool, grab a bite from the bar, and stick around until the sun sets—or however long the conversations last. Our rooftop bar and terrace are also seasonally open to the public. (Coming soon: Exclusive arts events on the rooftop.)
Each guest room at The Ellison has been distinctly designed and furnished to create a fully realized and authentically Oklahoman experience. Whether you’re flying solo for work or exploring the city with loved ones, we’ve carved out a space that immerses you in comfort and delight. So settle in, and enjoy the view.
Hidden in plain sight, out on the plains.
Whether you’re here to explore or here to relax—for the day or for the week—The Ellison Hotel has a customized experience to meet your needs. And at every step, our Ellison Ambassadors are here to help you curate a trip to remember. Whatever your plans, you can rest easy knowing your neighborhood hotel is at the heart of it all.
