Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.
When is check-in and check-out?
Rooms are available to check-in at 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.
How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests!
Do you have a Business Center?
We do not have a dedicated Business Center but one of our Ambassadors or front desk staff are happy to assist with any printing needs you may have and are able to direct you to local business services providers
Do you have a pool and/or spa?
Just off the fourth level, you’ll find a full-service bar and open-air swimming pool. Our pool is available to guests only.
Is there parking at The Ellison?
Yes, we offer valet and self-parking. Milo and Ellison Rooftop visitors complimentary valet. Cost is $29 for overnight stays.
Is The Ellison pet-friendly?

Do you offer laundry service or dry cleaning?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday – Friday, pick-up 8:30 am and return by 5 pm. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
Can I have a package shipped to The Ellison in advance of my stay?
Absolutely! Due to demand and limited storage space, guest deliveries must be no more than 2 days prior to arrival.
