What is The Ellison doing to ensure a safe environment for guests?
We are committed to the safety of our guests, and we are following all recommended protocols. View the full Marriott Commitment to Clean procedures.
Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.
When is check-in and check-out?
Rooms are available to check-in at 4 pm and check-out is 12pm (noon). If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.
How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests!
Do you have a Business Center?
We do not have a dedicated Business Center but one of our associates are happy to assist with any printing needs you may have and are able to direct you to local business service providers
Do you have a pool and/or spa?
Just off the fourth level, you’ll find a full-service bar and open-air swimming pool. Our pool is available to guests only – Pool Open Daily from 9am-10pm – Seasonal, Weather Permitting. Will Close for the 2024 Season as of 10/28/2024.
The Ellison Rooftop Bar will be closed as of October 27th for the 2024 Season. Check website and our social media for the 2025 Season updates to out of town guests and locals.
Is there parking at The Ellison?
Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking.
Is The Ellison pet-friendly?
Yes, we’d love to welcome your pet. More information here.
Do you offer laundry service or dry cleaning?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday – Friday, pick-up 8:30 am and return by 5 pm. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
Can I have a package shipped to The Ellison in advance of my stay?
Absolutely! Due to demand and limited storage space, guest deliveries must be no more than 2 days prior to arrival. Packages over 50 lbs will incur storage and handling fee
What is the nearest airport? And what is the distance/travel time?
Will Rogers World Airport is just 11.5 miles away and a brief 15 minute drive/ride.
Is there Live Entertainment at The Ellison?
YESSSS! All are welcome to join us for live entertainment on Milo Mondays in the lobby and Thursdays on the Ellison Rooftop. This summer The Ellison Rooftop also offers Singo on Wednesday nights.
